Return & Refund Policy

At Trendstori, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with a straightforward and fair return process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

  • All original tags and labels must be attached.

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during promotional events with special terms.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of use.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at Customer@trendstori.com within the return window. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will reply with a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

  3. Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include your Return Authorization number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the package until it reaches our facility.


3. Refund Process

  • Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The timing of the credit appearing in your original payment method may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Deductions: The original shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns not due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong item or defect), return shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility and may be deducted from the refund amount if we arranged the return label.


4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. Please contact us at Customer@trendstori.com to check stock availability and initiate an exchange. The same return conditions and timelines apply.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at Customer@trendstori.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and, upon confirmation of the issue, process a full refund or replacement at your preference.


6. International Returns

Customers returning items from outside our primary shipping region may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees. These costs are non-refundable. We advise checking with your local customs office for more information before shipping a return.


7. Final Sale Items

Items purchased during final sale promotions cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
