1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. During promotional periods, holidays, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We partner with trusted international carriers to deliver your orders. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Shipping costs and options will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Shipping Destinations & Fees
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address, the weight of your package, and the selected shipping method. All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or certain remote regions. If your address falls into a restricted area, our customer service team will contact you.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can also log into your account on our website to view the status.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international shipments, please be aware:

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled addresses. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately at Customer@trendstori.com. Note that we may not be able to modify the address once the order has entered the shipment processing stage.
7. Order Issues & Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, or if you have not received your order within a reasonable time frame, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If a package is confirmed lost, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, subject to our investigation.
